Being in the field for several years and increasing quantity of clients per segment has proved to be an alarming situation for the company. Thus it faced major challenges in the recent years:
• Integrating numerous services and sub contractors under various segments. • Logistics management. • Supporting the remote projects over the complete lifecycle. • Concept of card system was great but its accessibility throughout the world was a big challenge. • Tailoring services for gifts and other services. • Inability of the platform to cope up and support the increasing customer base.
Moreover the concept of card/pass/voucher was not easily digestible in most of the market; hence the approach has to be made under close vigilance and a well defined strategy.
